At Foundation., each product is made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified within a short window after purchase. Once your order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of deliverywith:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

After review, we will offer a replacement at no cost.

Sizing Responsibility
Please review the sizing charts carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selections, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
