Every Foundation piece is made to order. We don't pull your piece from a shelf — production begins after your order is placed, then your order ships directly from our fulfillment partner to you.

Once your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our production partner for fulfillment.
WE MAKE IT.
Most small made-to-order purchases require approximately 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
IT SHIPS.
Once production is complete, your order is packed and shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
MADE FIRST.
SHIPPED SECOND.
Production happens before transit begins. During higher-volume periods or unexpected delays, production can occasionally take longer.
Items produced through U.S. fulfillment can typically arrive within approximately 3–6 business days after production.
Some Foundation products may be produced internationally depending on product availability. Transit time will vary based on destination and available shipping method.

Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, flight disruptions and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally extend delivery times.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking may take a short period of time to update after the carrier receives your package.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Because production can begin quickly, we can't guarantee that an address can be changed once an order enters production.
